As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Management Trainee – Sales who is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to building strong client relationships in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
What You’ll Do
• Assist in executing sales strategies to identify and connect with potential D2C and drop-shipping partners.
• Conduct market research and generate leads by identifying prospective clients.
• Support client outreach through calls, emails, and follow-ups under team guidance.
• Participate in client interactions to understand requirements and present Dropdash offerings.
• Help maintain relationships with existing clients and assist in resolving basic queries.
• Track and update client communications, maintain CRM records, and support reporting.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Role Details
Duration: 3 Months (Trainee)
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
