Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee - Sales at Aliens Developers Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad. As a Management Trainee - Sales, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing strong client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, managing customer inquiries, supporting the sales team, assisting in sales management, and contributing to team training. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive sales experience in real estate.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Training to support and assist in achieving sales targets and goals.
  • Experience or understanding in Sales Management to contribute to strategic planning and implementation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and proactive mindset for client engagement and task ownership.
  • Relevant experience in real estate or a related field is a plus.
  • Any bachelor’s degree; an MBA in Sales/Marketing would be an added advantage.
