Role Overview
This role is designed for individuals who aspire to build a career in sales, client servicing, and business development within the digital marketing domain. The selected candidate will undergo structured training and will be groomed into an Assistant Manager – Sales & Relationships within a period of 6 months, based on performance.
Compensation & Work Structure
Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per month
- This is a Work-from-Office role
- Office Location: DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 2nd & 4th Saturdays are off
- 21 Days Annual Leave
- Festival Holiday Calendar
- No work-from-home options
- We do not work with freelancers

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales for Conceptualise’s digital marketing, web development, and branding services portfolio
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across industries
- Generate leads independently and contribute to client acquisition strategies
Client Account Promotion
- Manage and optimise client presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and IndiaMART
- Support clients in improving visibility, engagement, and inbound lead generation
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Conduct lead generation activities for both Conceptualise and its clients
- Perform preliminary calls to assess lead quality and intent
- Maintain a structured pipeline of qualified leads
Client Interaction & Meetings
- Attend in-office client meetings and presentations
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Outbound Communication
- Conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns
- Handle lead verification and follow-up calls efficiently

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development processes
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, IndiaMART, and digital platforms is preferred
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn

Eligibility Criteria
One of the following is preferred:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed institution
- Prior internship or exposure to sales, business development, or client servicing roles
