Walk-In Hiring | Sharp Group

Sharp Group is an 84-year-old business group working across:

• Agro commodities (trading & processing)
• Mint, essential oils, and aroma chemicals
• Flavour & fragrance ingredients
• Financial markets

We are building a small team that will work closely with senior leadership and take on real business responsibility early on.

What this role involves

This is an entrepreneurial role.

You will work across different parts of the business- from trading and procurement to operations, business development, and new initiatives.

The expectation is simple: get involved, understand how things work, and contribute. Some days it may be strategy; other days it may be execution on the ground.

You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty and figuring things out as you go.

Who we are looking for

We are not screening for degrees. We are looking for people.

• You should be able to think clearly (IQ matters)
• You should be able to work with people and handle situations (EQ matters)
• You should have internal drive ; you don’t need to be pushed every day
• You should be curious about how business actually works
• You should be reasonably comfortable with tools viz. Excel, AI, or anything that improves output

• Taking ownership without being told repeatedly
• Following through on work
• Being consistent, even when things are not exciting
• Learning quickly and adjusting when needed

We don’t expect you to know everything. But we do expect intent and effort.
