Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee located in Noida. The Management Trainee will gain exposure to a broad range of responsibilities, including program coordination, process evaluation, and supporting business operations. They will participate in training programs, handle customer service inquiries, and develop problem-solving strategies to improve processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn, develop, and grow within the dynamic field of interior design solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Program Management and organizational planning
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate data and derive actionable insights
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience or competence in Training programs and activities
- Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
