Management Trainee (MT) – Buying & Merchandising
Location: Gurugram | CTC: ₹3.0–3.5 LPA | Full-Time

Role Summary
As a Management Trainee – Buying & Merchandising, you will support product buying, inventory planning, vendor coordination, and sales analysis while working closely with Planning, Stores, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in product selection, buying calendars, and assortment planning
- Support vendor coordination, sampling, costing, and PO tracking
- Monitor stock levels, sell-through, and inventory allocation to stores
- Prepare MIS reports on sales, margins, and inventory health
- Conduct trend research and competitor analysis
- Maintain merchandising trackers and ERP data
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s in Fashion / Retail / Merchandising / Business
- Final-year students & fresh graduates can apply
- Strong analytical skills and retail math understanding
Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Interest in fashion trends, buying, and merchandising
- Good communication and coordination skills
