Primary responsibilities include and are not restricted to the following:
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage end-to-end organic social media execution across key platforms.
- Assist with content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Support video content marketing by analyzing and repurposing product videos, event footage, and other core video assets into engaging long form content as well as short-form content such as reels, social media clips, and promotional videos to maximize reach and engagement across digital platforms.
AI & Marketing Operations
- Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, research, and marketing productivity.
- Identify and automate repetitive marketing workflows wherever possible.
- Stay updated on emerging AI marketing trends and recommend improvements.
Marketing & Growth
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.
- Identify trendjacking opportunities and contribute ideas with an SEO, AEO, and GEO mindset.
- Support paid marketing initiatives with basic campaign coordination and reporting.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education: Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Mass Media, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with short-form video creation and basic design tools.
- Analytical mindset with willingness to learn new marketing technologies.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
