We are looking for ambitious and proactive individuals to join us as Management Trainee – Business Development Executive to gain hands-on experience in business development, finance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development:

●     Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.

●     Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

●     Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

●     Support lead generation and conversion efforts to achieve business goals.

Finance:

●     Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

●     Support financial analysis and reporting for decision-making.

●     Collaborate with finance teams to track business performance and revenue metrics.

Operations:

●     Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes.

●     Assist in project coordination and execution to ensure efficiency.

●     Monitor key operational metrics and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

●     Master’s degree / PGDM in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

●     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

●     Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

●     Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

●     Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

●     Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

●     Basic knowledge of financial principles and business operations is a plus.

●     Should have knowledge about AI.
