Position Overview: As a Management Trainee (Influencer Marketing), you'll work closely with the brand and creator team to identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships that bring Mahina's story to life. You'll gain hands-on experience in talent scouting, campaign coordination, and brand-led storytelling across Instagram and YouTube. Key Responsibilities: As a Management Trainee – Influencer Marketing, you'll be embedded in Mahina's creator ecosystem from day one. Expect to:
- Talent Scouting: Identify relevant creators and emerging voices across niches; evaluate fit based on audience demographics, aesthetic alignment, and brand values to build a strong and diverse influencer pipeline.
- Influencer Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding of influencers, from outreach and negotiation to contracting and briefing — with speed, clarity, and professionalism.
- Content Coordination: Develop creator briefs, track content delivery timelines, and ensure all outputs are aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Platform Fluency: Leverage a working knowledge of Instagram and YouTube ecosystems, including content formats, algorithm behaviour, engagement benchmarks, and creator culture, to inform influencer strategy and execution.
- Agency Coordination: Work alongside external creative, PR, talent, and media agencies to execute campaigns seamlessly, maintaining productive relationships with multiple partners simultaneously.
- Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on cultural and social trends, emerging creators, and platform shifts to continuously sharpen Mahina's influencer strategy.
- Reporting & Analytics: Pull, organise, and present campaign data in clean, insight-driven reports that surface performance trends, highlight what's working, and inform future decisions.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Partner with brand, design, performance, and growth teams to ensure influencer content ladders up to broader campaign goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Candidates with 2+ years of experience in account management, creative agencies and influencer marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in interacting with creators, partners, and internal teams.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital culture.
