Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Management Trainee – HR to support various HR functions including HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment and coordination. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a strong foundation in HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new joiners
- Assist in employee engagement activities and events
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking and documentation
- Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination tasks
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Post job openings on portals and manage candidate pipelines
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for interview processes
- Maintain employee records and update HRMS/trackers
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination ability
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred) or Graduate in any discipline
- Internship experience in HR (added advantage)
Preferred Profile:
- Candidates with strong interest in HR career
- Immediate joiners preferred
