Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee – Customer Success to support BHIVE’s Customer Success team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals who want hands-on exposure to client relationship management, customer engagement, and retention strategies while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Engagement
• Support the team in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup process.
• Participate in regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and share insights with senior team members.
• Assist in resolving basic client issues promptly under guidance, helping maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Relationship Management
• Help maintain strong relationships with clients by coordinating personalised service and solutions with the Customer Success team.
• Contribute ideas to engagement initiatives aimed at improving client retention and loyalty.
• Assist in collecting and organizing client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Customer Success Support
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to track and follow up on client concerns and service requests.
• Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and status in the CRM system.
• Support the preparation of client success reports and presentations for internal reviews and client meetings.
• Conduct basic research on client industries, challenges, and market trends as inputs for the Customer Success team.
• Compile and share actionable insights that can help improve client engagement and overall customer experience.
Collaboration and communication: Proactive monitoring and collaboration with team members and internal departments are necessary to guarantee seamless operations at the centre.
