💰 CTC: ₹30,000/month
We are looking for dynamic and driven Management Trainees to work on the prestigious ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Scheme under the Ministry of MSME, contributing to projects focused on MSME quality, sustainability and process excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Support execution of consulting and ZED implementation projects
• Assist in research, documentation and stakeholder coordination
• Work on assessments, data analysis and reporting
• Engage with MSMEs for project delivery and operational excellence
• Support sales and business development initiatives
• Contribute to process improvement and strategic operations
🎓 Eligibility:
• MBA with B.Tech / B.Sc. / B.Com. background
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Interest in consulting, manufacturing, quality or business development
• Candidates with exposure to AI or AI business applications will be preferred
