Role Description
We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented graduates to join us as Management Trainee – Sales in our Corporate Business Division. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build a strong foundation in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the premium FMCG space.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support execution of sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and develop new corporate clients and business opportunities
- Assist in client acquisition and relationship management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
- Contribute to corporate business development initiatives
- Prepare sales reports, market insights, and performance updates
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria :
- Fresh graduates / final-year students eligible to join full-time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, business development, and client management
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic business environment
- Open to relocation / centralized training in Mumbai
