Job role
We are looking for a Management Trainee to support business operations, strategy initiatives, and process improvement activities. The role offers exposure to multiple functions including sales operations, strategy, compliance, and customer experience in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Leads and Customers for product pitching and support
- Assist in business data entry, business analysis, and operational support
- Help identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Assist in tracking projects, tasks, and internal initiatives to Sales team
