Job Description:
As a Management Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to work across various departments, including:
1.Operation / Production
2.Sampling
3.Quality Control
4.Finance
5.Textile Designing (Photoshop Knowledge Must)
Responsibilities:
- Assist departmental teams in daily operations and projects
- Learn and develop skills in various functional areas
- Contribute to process improvements and innovation
- Build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Participate in training and development programs
Eligibility:-
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline (e.g., BBA, BCom, MBA)
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of AI, Chatgpt will be added advantage
Key Attributes:-
- Strong academic record and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to new environments
