Role Overview
We are looking for a Management Trainee who will work closely with the President’s office, supporting strategic initiatives, research, and digital-first thinking within the advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist leadership with digital and advertising market insights and research.
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and strategy documents.
- Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams on projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Support analysis of campaign performance and business insights.
- Contribute ideas for digital-first marketing strategies and brand growth.
Key Eligibility
- Graduate + MBA preferred.
- Strong interest in advertising, marketing, and digital ecosystems.
- Prior exposure or short stint with a digital-first or integrated advertising agency is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with strong articulation.
- Good analytical and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work closely with leadership.
