Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Trainee role based in Udaipur. The selected candidate will assist in corporate legal processes, including conducting research, preparing compliance documentation, handling regulatory filings, and supporting the team with legal and administrative tasks. The role involves active participation in business setups, corporate governance, legal due diligence, and regulatory compliance procedures under the guidance of senior mentors. Trainees will gain valuable insights and practical experience in areas such as Company Law, SEBI, RBI regulations, M&A, and more.
Qualifications
- Understanding of corporate laws including Company Law, SEBI, RBI, IBC, and related regulations
- Strong research and analytical skills for legal due diligence and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Law, Commerce, or a related field; pursuing or completed CS qualification is preferred
- Demonstrated interest in corporate legal advisory, governance, or regulatory compliance is an advantage
- Proactive and eager to learn with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
