Job Position: Management Trainee - Experienced


Reporting to: Leadership Team

Salary – Upto 25LPA CTC (Inclusive of Variable) 

Work Type – Work from Office

Location – Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai

Management Trainees undergo a structured cross-functional development journey across operations and strategy. The program begins with frontline exposure in Sales to build deep customer and market understanding. Based on your performance, capability, and demonstrated leadership potential, you will be entrusted with larger responsibilities across Sales & Marketing, Business Operations and Strategy.


This role is intended for professionals who have already spent 1+ years in the workforce and are now seeking accelerated responsibility, deeper business exposure, and a clear leadership trajectory. Qualification B.Tech any specialization from Tier-1 Colleges only (professionals with 1–2 years of work experience preferred)
