Job Title: Management Trainee

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling clients, coordinating with internal teams, and managing KYC documentation. This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle client interactions in a professional and timely manner
· Coordinate with clients and internal departments for smooth workflow
· Assist in client onboarding processes
· Collect, verify, and maintain KYC documents
· Maintain proper records and documentation
· Follow up with clients for pending information or documentation
· Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in Finance/Commerce/BBA
• Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Hindi (preferred)
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
