Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Management Trainee, which is trained to understand customer behavior, market dynamics, and revenue generation strategies. The role combines field sales exposure with marketing planning to prepare the trainee for future leadership roles in business development and brand management.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in identifying and generating leads to IT products and solutions. Support the sales team in client outreach, follow-ups, and presentations.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
•Graduate in Business Administration preferred MBA in Marketing
•Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
•Self-motivated with a proactive approach
•Willingness to learn IT products and services
•Good coordination and communication skills
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Additional Information
•Hands-on and operationally strong candidate required
•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
