💼 We’re Hiring: Management Trainee (MT) – Import

📍 Location: Noida

🏭 Industry: Oil & Gas / Import Operations

🕒 Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee (Import) to join our team in the Oil & Gas sector. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates in International Business who aspire to build a strong career in global trade and import operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review import documentation (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)
• Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, international suppliers, and internal teams
• Track shipments and ensure timely and smooth customs clearance
• Support compliance with Oil & Gas import regulations
• Maintain MIS reports with accuracy and attention to detail

Qualification:

• MBA in International Business (IB) – Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of import procedures & INCOTERMS (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email Etiquette)
