Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Management Trainee at Maa Patan Devi Jewelers. The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, customer interaction, sales support, and overseeing workflow. The role involves supporting marketing efforts, learning store administration practices, and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to assist with customer engagement and relationship management
- Organizational and time-management skills for inventory handling and workflow coordination
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities for addressing operational challenges effectively
- Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and an understanding of sales processes
- Proficiency with common software tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer literacy
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Experience in retail, customer service, or relevant field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
