Role Description The Management Trainee role at LearningShala is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Management Trainee will support day-to-day operations across functions such as student counseling coordination, data tracking, process improvement, and cross-team communication. Responsibilities include assisting senior managers with project execution, preparing reports and presentations, analyzing operational and student-related data, and helping streamline workflows for mentors and counseling teams. The role also involves interacting with students and internal stakeholders in a professional manner, documenting learnings, and participating in training programs designed to develop future leaders within the organization. Over time, the Management Trainee is expected to take ownership of defined processes and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and student experience.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, mentors, and internal teams in a professional and respectful manner.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to taking feedback, participating in training, and improving processes.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, commerce, or a related field; fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in education, counseling, or career guidance sectors and a commitment to student-centric, ethical decision-making.
