Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karnataka, India. The trainee will support senior consultants and managers in client engagements, including collecting and analyzing business and financial data, preparing presentations, and assisting in the development of strategic recommendations. Daily responsibilities include participating in internal meetings, documenting processes, supporting project planning and execution, and learning advisory methodologies and industry best practices. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position is designed to provide structured training, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of business advisory and consulting.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data interpretation and basic financial concepts.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional reports and presentations.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams and engage respectfully with clients and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating openness to feedback and willingness to build expertise in advisory and consulting practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, management, or a related field is preferred; internship or project experience in consulting, finance, or corporate strategy is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with digital collaboration tools will be beneficial.
