Hiring: Management Trainee – HR & Marketing
📍 Location: Panchkula
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Fintaco Global is looking for dynamic and driven Management Trainees to work cross-functionally across the HR and Marketing domains. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or MBA students to gain practical exposure in a growing finance services organization.
🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources:
- Assist in Talent Acquisition & end-to-end recruitment coordination
- Support onboarding & employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation and MIS reports
- Contribute to employer branding activities
Marketing:
- Assist in social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Support content creation & digital marketing efforts
- Conduct basic market research & competitor analysis
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (HR/Marketing) pursuing or completed / Fresh Graduates
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Basic understanding of MS Office & social media platforms
