Human Resources (Talent Management): Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing the end to-end recruitment process.
- Collaborate with business units to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions aligned with organizational goals. c) Help design and execute engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and culture-building initiatives.
- Analyze employee data and reports to identify trends, guide decision-making, and recommend proactive solutions.
- Contribute to the development of people strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Job Location: Bangalore (Tentative)
Eligibility Criteria: MBA (Human Resources)
Note: Clearing III Licentiate and all internal assessments will be a mandatory requirement for trainee confirmation and increment processing.
