Company Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Management Trainee to join our team for Cost It Right (CIR) – our flagship cost optimization and automation solution for the manufacturing industry. The role requires an energetic professional who can generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn networking, and by actively participating in automotive events across India.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B lead generation and strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of the automotive/manufacturing industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads for Cost It Right.
- Research and identify potential clients in the automotive, OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2, and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain a prospect database using CRM tools.
- Network with industry professionals by attending trade shows, automotive events, and exhibitions across different cities.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team with decision-makers. ∙ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Track and report lead generation activities, conversion ratios, and pipeline progress. ∙ Nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn networking (B2B preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Ability to research industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel to participate in industry events and for client meetings.
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Preferred but not mandatory: Background/knowledge in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
