Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee role located in Puducherry. The Management Trainee will work alongside various teams to gain practical experience in areas such as business operations, project management, client relationship management, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include learning and supporting day-to-day project planning, business development activities, reporting and analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and information effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Adaptability, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
- Basic understanding of AI, Cloud Technologies, or Data Analytics is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to cross-functional projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (required)
