Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Management Trainee. The Management Trainee will work across a variety of functional areas, including operations, marketing, sales, customer engagement, and business development.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of key business strategies, supporting operational processes, enhancing customer experiences, coordinating with teams, and contributing to the brand’s expansion initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to startup operations and significant opportunities for learning and career growth within the organization.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple responsibilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
- Passion for hospitality, retail, startups, and the FoodTech industry
- Willingness to take ownership, adapt quickly, and grow with the brand
