Role Description
Budgetree is seeking a full-time Management Trainee for an on-site role located in Noida. The Management Trainee will support various departments and projects, gaining hands-on experience across business operations. Responsibilities include assisting in planning and executing strategies, analyzing data to derive insights, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and actively contributing to cross-functional assignments. This position is designed for candidates eager to develop managerial and leadership skills, with opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools
- Keen interest in the digital payments, loyalty, rewards, or fintech industry
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and work
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Prior internship or part-time experience in business operations or similar roles is an added advantage
