FAAD Network is looking for a Management Trainee to join our Investor Relations & Operations team in Gurgaon. If you're a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience and want to build a career in venture capital, startup investing, investor relations, and operations, this could be a great opportunity to learn and grow.
What You'll Work On
✔ Investor communication and relationship management
✔ Transaction execution and reconciliation
✔ Deal closing support and documentation
✔ Backend operations and process management
✔ Investor onboarding and engagement activities
✔ Coordination with legal, compliance, finance, and internal teams
✔ Events, masterclasses, and investor-facing initiatives
Who Can Apply?
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience
• BBA, B.Com, Finance, Management, or related graduates
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive individuals
• Immediate joiners preferred
Training & Growth
• Structured 3–6 month training program
• Hands-on exposure to the venture capital and startup ecosystem
