Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Management Trainee – International Sales (Intern). The trainee will be responsible for supporting the international sales team through market research, managing client relationships, analyzing export opportunities, and identifying potential distribution channels. Responsibilities also include assisting with customer communication, preparing sales reports, and contributing to business development strategies. The intern will gain firsthand experience in global market operations and help drive the company’s international expansion efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and identifying export trends
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with international clients
- Understanding of marketing and sales strategies, along with solid problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation is a plus
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a keen interest in international sales and business development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field preferred
