Position Summary
The Management Trainee – Export Business Development will be involved in practical export business development activities, including international buyer identification, lead generation, market intelligence, business communication, follow-up management, and deal progression support.
The position is intended for individuals seeking practical exposure to international trade and export business operations through direct involvement in live business activities.
Selected candidates will work closely with management and gain exposure to international buyer development, export sales processes, commercial negotiations, market research, and business execution support.

Key Responsibilities
International Buyer Development
- Identify potential importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and trading companies in assigned international markets.
- Build and maintain structured buyer databases.
- Conduct buyer profiling and qualification activities.
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Generate qualified export leads through approved business development channels.
- Conduct country-specific and product-specific market research.
- Identify new opportunities and potential business prospects.
Business Communication
- Initiate and maintain professional communication with prospective overseas buyers.
- Assist in email correspondence, business introductions, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain records of buyer interactions and communication history.
Business Development Support
- Assist in preparation of quotations, commercial offers, and supporting business documents.
- Track inquiries and business opportunities through various stages of development.
- Support management in progressing opportunities toward successful commercial outcomes.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of assigned activities.
- Prepare periodic reports relating to buyer development, lead generation, and market intelligence.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- MBA Graduates
- BBA Graduates
- Graduates with a demonstrated interest in International Business, Exports, Trade, Sales, or Business Development
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Professional attitude and business communication ability.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basis.

Training & Evaluation Structure
Phase I – Initial Training Period
Duration: First 45 Days
- Unpaid training period.
- Trainees will undergo evaluation based on performance, discipline, communication ability, attendance, learning aptitude, and overall suitability for the role.
Continuation beyond the training period shall be solely at the discretion of the company and will depend upon satisfactory performance and business requirements.
Phase II – Management Trainee Period
Upon successful completion of the training phase:
- Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000
- Performance-linked incentives may be offered based on individual contribution and successful business generation, in accordance with company policy.
