Role Summary
We are looking for a fresh MBA graduate to support the business team in preparing RFP responses, proposals, presentations, market research, and client-facing documents. The role will involve working closely with sales, delivery, consulting, and solution teams to understand client requirements and support the creation of structured, professional, and high-quality business documents.
Roles and Responsibilities
Support the preparation of RFP responses, proposals, presentations, and client pitch documents.
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, delivery, consulting, finance, and technical teams to collect required inputs.
Understand client requirements and help structure responses in a clear and professional format.
Assist in creating reusable proposal content, capability documents, case studies, and company profiles.
Conduct basic market, industry, competitor, and client research to support proposals and business discussions.
Help maintain proposal templates, standard responses, credentials, and supporting documentation.
Support sales and leadership teams in preparing business presentations, solution summaries, and executive documents.
Track proposal timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely submission of required documents.
Review documents for formatting, consistency, grammar, and overall presentation quality.
Gradually develop understanding of company services, solutions, industries, and client needs.
Required Skills
MBA graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Strategy, Operations, or Finance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good business writing and presentation skills.
Ability to understand requirements and convert inputs into structured documents.
Good command over MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
Willingness to learn about technology, consulting, and business solutions.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to business development, sales support, consulting, or market research is a plus.
Ability to create professional presentations and executive summaries.
Basic understanding of IT services, digital transformation, cybersecurity, SAP, cloud, or enterprise solutions will be an advantage.
