We are looking for a
Management Trainee – Business Growth who will support our business development and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for an
MBA graduate who wants to build a career in consulting, business development, and B2B sales.
Role Overview
The Management Trainee will work closely with the leadership team to
drive new business opportunities for our recruitment services. The role involves
lead generation, outreach, content creation for top-of-the-funnel (TOFU), cold calling, and setting up meetings with potential clients.
This is a
high-visibility role with the opportunity to learn how consulting and recruitment businesses scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients (startups, product companies, tech firms).
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, databases, and other research tools.
- Maintain a structured lead pipeline.
Outbound Outreach
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to introduce recruitment services.
- Connect with decision makers such as Talent Leaders, HR Heads, Founders, and CTOs.
- Schedule discovery meetings for the leadership team.
Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) Marketing
- Support in creating LinkedIn posts, outreach messages, and marketing content.
- Assist in building campaigns that generate inbound interest.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain prospect data and track outreach activities.
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads.
Market Research
- Track hiring trends in startups and technology companies.
- Identify companies actively hiring and potential recruitment opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing / Business / HR preferred) from a recognized institute.
- 0–1 year of experience (MBA Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong Business English.
- Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to engage in professional conversations.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach.
- Self-driven and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
