About the Role:
Integs Cloud Technologies is seeking energetic and ambitious individuals for the role of Management Trainee – BDE, who will play a key role in driving business growth by generating qualified leads for Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions.
This is a hybrid role involving both inside sales and field engagement, ideal for candidates looking to build a strong career in B2B sales, SaaS consulting, and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across industries (Manufacturing, Trading, Services, E-commerce, etc.)
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and events
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budgets, and ERP readiness
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demos for senior sales consultants
- Conduct field visits to client locations across Pune, Mumbai, and other parts of Maharashtra for meetings, relationship building, and requirement understanding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and demand generation activities
- Understand client challenges and position NetSuite ERP as a solution
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Key Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Strong interest in B2B sales and technology solutions
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
- Basic understanding of ERP systems / SaaS (training will be provided)
- Result-oriented and self-driven mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Good research and analytical skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BMS, or equivalent)
- MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred but not mandatory
