We are looking for a dedicated Management Representative – QA (QMS) to oversee and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System. The role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards , managing documentation, and Handling audits and continuous improvement initiatives align with AS9100D.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare, review, and control QMS documentation
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Monitor quality objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with different departments to ensure QMS implementation
- Handle customer and certification audit requirements
- Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and traceability
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/BE/B. Tech in Mechanical or Aeronautical
Experience & Skills
- 8 years of experience in QMS / Quality Assurance with AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015
- Strong understanding of QMS documentation and processes
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO & AS) Mandatory
- Experience in audit handling and compliance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Certified Auditor (Prefers)
