The Management Representative and Quality Manager will lead all quality assurance activities, ensuring our compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific standards. This role includes maintaining quality management systems, managing quality audits, and ensuring continuous improvement in processes to meet customer and regulatory standards. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve top-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management Systems:
Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific standards. Act as the key point of contact for all quality-related matters, internally and externally. Develop and document quality policies, processes, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
Audit Management:
Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to QMS requirements. Coordinate external audits with customers and certification bodies, managing the audit process, follow-up actions, and non-conformity resolutions. Prepare, review, and update documentation for audits and ensure timely corrective actions for any findings.
Customer Management:
Serve as the primary quality contact for key customers, handling quality concerns, complaints, and resolutions. Analyze customer feedback and implement action plans to address areas for improvement. Track and report customer complaint trends, driving continuous improvement to reduce complaints.
Performance Monitoring & Improvement:
Define and monitor KPIs related to quality, customer satisfaction, and system performance. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve process efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis and apply problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, 5-Whys) to prevent recurrence of issues.
Leadership & Training:
Foster a culture of quality across the organization, providing guidance, training, and support to teams on quality standards and compliance. Lead training programs on quality standards and compliance requirements for employees. Provide regular reports to senior management on quality performance and improvement activities.
