Role Description
The Management Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lodhika. The role involves overseeing day-to-day management operations, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring quality standards, conducting employee training, and facilitating communication between departments. The Management Representative will also play a key role in driving sales initiatives, analyzing business processes, and ensuring overall organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating business processes and improvement opportunities
- Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills to maintain and grow client relationships
- Excellent Communication and Training skills for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively under time constraints
