MLT's Career Prep program provides college sophomores with a winning set of tools to figure out their passion and graduate with a job offer. For over 20 years, MLT has furthered its mission of closing racial wealth gaps by helping thousands of Black, Latine, and Native American college students gain fast-track jobs at industry-leading companies. As a college student, the path to figuring out one's passion and graduating with a job offer can feel overwhelming. MLT's Career Prep (CP) program provides emerging student leaders who have experienced inequity, including Black, Latine, Native American, and other students, access to career-accelerating resources. This includes a winning professional playbook, 20 months of programming, which includes personalized coaching, and an accelerating network of 11,000 MLT Alumni Rising Leaders. We will help you gain career-accelerating skills not taught in classrooms, cultivate personal clarity, and connect with top employers for potential internships and full-time roles.
