Subject: Hiring: Management Trainee (ISO & Systems Consulting) – Vapi
Echelon Consultancy is looking for a dynamic Management Trainee to join our team. If you are passionate about how organizational systems drive business growth, we want to hear from you.
The Role: As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to diverse projects across various industries. This is a full-time on-site role for a Management / ISO Trainee, located in Vapi. The selected candidate will assist in implementing and managing ISO standards, including quality management, food safety, and environmental & health & safety management systems, for client organizations. Responsibilities include conducting audits, preparing process documentation, evaluating current systems, ensuring compliance with international standards, and providing regular reports to senior consultants. Training workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions may also form part of the role
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 1–2 years of industrial experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Knowledge: A foundational understanding of ISO concepts.
- Location: Should be located in Vapi
