Role Description
As a full-time Management Intern, you will assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to support JadeCaps' growing property management network. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform market research, analyze business processes, and contribute to optimizing operational efficiency. The role also involves supporting the development of business reports, assisting in client and partner communications, and managing day-to-day tasks related to project coordination. This is an on-site position located in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to assess data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in professional writing and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of operational management, strategic planning, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in technology tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Background in business administration, management, or a related field.
