Role : General Management Intern ( Full - time, from intern to Full time employment)
Paid & Duration 2 months Intern
Stipend : 5K to 8K to full time
Be the founder's team right hand, driving high-impact initiatives and supporting WorkElate’s growth as an AI-native productivity platform.
- Lead and support core organizational tasks, including hiring, onboarding, operations, and managing communities (Discord/social)
- Develop and drive content, prepare pitch decks, coordinate key activities, and assist with investor/fundraising workflows
- Review products, conduct demos, and manage reporting and insights from strategic projects
- Conduct in-depth research, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to high-level business decisions
- Schedule, plan, and execute with relentless energy and hustle (expected intensity: 100-hour weeks at times)
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent research, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
- Proven written and verbal communication skills; able to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience in hiring, project management, content development, or community building preferred
- Proficiency in modern SaaS/productivity tools and eagerness to leverage AI for efficiency
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and resilient in high-growth startup environments
- Passion for innovation and shaping the future of work; ready to own zero-to-one projects
