Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Management Intern role based in Pune. The Management Intern will be involved in supporting logistics management, assisting with regulatory compliance, analyzing supply chain processes, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities include coordinating with different teams, preparing reports, assisting in managing documentation, and contributing to operational efficiency. The intern will work closely with senior management to understand the business requirements and implement practical solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with logistics and supply chain operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or current enrollment in such a program).
