Management Trainee – Cross-Company Rotational Programme
Location: Manali, Chennai | Exposure across Salem & Coimbatore
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / BBA / MBA
Structure: 3-Month Internship → Full-Time Opportunity
Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
About the Role
Join The Bharat Steel Group as a Management Trainee and gain hands-on exposure across the Group's companies and core business functions. Mgmt_Trainee
Key Responsibilities
- Rotate across Sales, Operations, Projects, Finance, HR, Marketing, Digital & AI.
- Work on live business projects and assignments.
- Gain practical exposure to steel, PEB and roofing operations.
- Analyse business data, support MIS and costing activities.
- Take ownership of assignments and present recommendations to leadership. Mgmt_Trainee
Who We're Looking For
- B.E. / B.Tech / BBA / MBA graduate.
- Strong interest in business management and operations.
- Curious, analytical and willing to learn.
- Good communication and ownership mindset.
