Role OverviewRAYS Education is hiring MBA and BTech recent graduates as Management Interns to work closely with senior leadership across operations, admissions, marketing, analytics, recruitment, HR support, and strategic projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to how an education organisation runs end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Process Improvement- Support daily academic and administrative operations
- Document, analyse, and improve internal workflows
- Coordinate across academic, sales, HR, and support teams
2. Admissions & Growth- Assist in admissions funnel management and lead follow-ups
- Track enquiries, conversions, and admission metrics
- Support student counselling sessions and parent interactions
3. Marketing & Outreach- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives
- Assist with events, seminars, and school outreach programs
- Analyse lead sources and campaign effectiveness
4. Recruitment & HR Support- Assist in faculty and staff recruitment processes
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
- Help maintain HR databases, attendance records, and basic MIS
- Assist HR team in engagement activities and internal communications
5. Analytics & Strategic Projects- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership
- Support data tracking across admissions, HR, and operations
- Assist in leadership-driven strategic initiatives and pilots
Eligibility & Skills- MBA or BTech (recent graduates only)
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Good communication skills (English mandatory; Malayalam preferred)
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint
- Willingness to work on-ground and handle multi-functional tasks
