Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Management Intern role located in New Delhi. The Management Intern will assist in daily operations, project management, data analysis, and process optimization. Responsibilities include coordinating with different teams, participating in strategy development, conducting market research, and assisting in streamlining workflows. The role offers hands-on experience in a startup environment, fostering growth and exposure to multiple business functions.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools
- Basic understanding of market research and business strategy principles

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
