Who Should Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
- Candidates pursuing or completed a course/degree in Event Management or Mass Communication / PR.
- Freshers with a high energy level, strong communication skills, and a zeal to learn real-world event tech and ground operations.
- Must be comfortable with a mix of desk work (calling/data) and field visits (hotels/venues).
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
During this 6-month hands-on program, you will get 360-degree exposure to how the event industry works:
- Data Sourcing & Collection: Researching, profiling, and building accurate databases of 5-star hotels, luxury venues, banquet halls, and top event vendors.
- Sales Calling & Outreach: Reaching out to hotel sales managers (GM/DOSM) and vendors to pitch LuxeVenue platform onboarding.
- Field Marketing & Recce: Visiting partner hotels and venue locations for physical audits, property recce, and collecting visual/operational data.
- Hotel Deals & Commercial Support: Assisting the senior sales team in closing venue tie-ups, contract documentation, and commission agreements.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinating with external vendors (Decorators, Caterers, Sound & Light, Wedding Planners) for event execution.
- Event Tech Operations: Learning and managing LuxeVenue’s internal tech tools, AI booking portal operations, and 3D virtual tour integrations.

- B2B Negotiation: Master the art of pitching and closing deals with luxury 5-star hotels and venue owners.

- Ground Operations: Develop crisis management, vendor handling, and client management skills under real pressure.
