Role Description
This is an 3 month internship on-site role for a Management Intern based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Management Intern will assist in operational planning, data analysis, and process implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing business performance metrics, optimizing operational workflows, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with team members across departments to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
- Good understanding of business operations and project management principles
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and basic familiarity with data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields
- Interest in the travel, hospitality, technology, or property management sectors is a plus
