We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Management Intern to join our operations team. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in zoom webinar handling, business operations, teamwork and workflow management. Successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team in day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain workflow of the webinar and assist in managing daily operations within the team.
- Perform recurring operational tasks related to the webinar with diligence and accuracy.
- Support team members in their daily tasks to ensure seamless coordination.
- Assist in maintaining effective communication and coordination across departments.
- Contribute to operational improvements and provide input on better work practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Background in Management/Business Administration (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English (written and verbal).
- Highly organized, sincere and adaptable to fast-paced work environments.
- Team player with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
